When you choose to buy something from the Troupe website you not only make us very happy but you are also subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully prior to purchasing, as once your order has been processed the terms are binding.
We appreciate this is a little serious and not much fun but unfortunately it is one of those evil necessities of doing business.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (GO NZ!) and are exclusive of shipping and international transfer costs.
- Credit Card – We accept debit and credit card payments from both VISA and Mastercard though our secure Payment Express gateway.
- Paypal – We accept payments via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use this)
- Bank deposit - This is for our New Zealand customers only.
Regarding bank deposits - you will be sent an email containing our bank account details to make payment into our account once you place your order. Your purchase will be sent when we can see the money in our bank account. Sometimes this can take a couple of days between banks.
At Troupe we don’t like nosey parkers much so we will make sure your privacy is protected. We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other company or third party. If you have received an email from us and you do not wish to receive any more please click “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our database. If you experience any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you are happy with your selection and our products so we make every effort to ensure our product descriptions have all of the information you need prior to purchasing. If you have any questions at all then please give us a holler at firstname.lastname@example.org before making your purchase – we are more than happy to help.
If for some reason you change your mind or you have ordered the incorrect size we will gladly provide you with an exchange or a store credit of the original purchase price (excluding postage).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you and must meet the following criteria:
- A copy of a valid receipt/invoice is included with the return
- The item must be unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact.
- You must arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
Please advise us at email@example.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange your item. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
At Troupe we ensure our products are of the highest quality standard and we are confident that our items are dispatched in perfect order. If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.
Please note products must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you and must be returned in the same condition as received. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used will not be accepted as faulty.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we are unable to offer you a replacement you will be given the option of receiving a store credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Returns and exchanges, including those that are damaged or faulty, received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
Troupe Mailing List
When you purchase from Troupe you agree to automatically be added to our mailing list. We promise not to spam you with updates but will keep you in the loop of any new products and sales. As mentioned earlier we don't like nosey parkers so will keep your email details safe.You can unsubscribe at any time by just using the link in our mailing list email or you can contact us directly at email@example.com and request to be removed.
We take every care to ensure that the product information and detail provided on our website is as accurate at possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on site are current at time of display, in New Zealand dollars and subject to variation without notice.
We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
From time to time we will run different promotions. Currently we have buy one towel, get a second FREE. Free towel will be the lower value item. If you have any queries, please contact us before purchasing.
