Here are all our shipping details - a little boring but an online shopping necessity!

The shipping low down...

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order being made (thank you so much for making an order!).

We will send you an email confirmation once your items have been shipped with tracking details so you can follow your parcel of goodies!

Shipping in the beautiful NZ

A flat rate of $12.00 applies ($18.00 for Rural Delivery). All items are sent via tracked NZ Post Courier.

Please do allow 1-4 working days for delivery. For rural deliveries please expect a further two days delivery time.

Please also ensure your shipping/delivery details are correct as we cannot take any responsibility for lost packages should the wrong details be given.

If you are interested in receiving or sending one of our lovely towels outside NZ  please just send us an email at hello@troupe.co.nz

We can come back to you with a quote and delivery times.

Usually you need to allow between 6-14 working days for delivery.

Please be aware that you the purchaser may be liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.
